This site is a small business. We try to ship orders within 1-3 business days of being placed (unless specified that the item is a preorder with a future estimated delievery date), but sometimes it may require an extra day or so. Your patience is greatly appreciated.

Once your order has shipped you should get an email with the tracking details. If you don't see an email, then check your spam or promotions folders. If your order says it has arrived already but you did not recieve the package, double check that you typed in the proper address for your order. If the address displays correctly, then please contact USPS (United States Postal Service) directly to file a lost/stolen claim.

Because the merchandise on this site is independently produced at cost and personalized, all sales are final once shipped.

Trianahorror does not share or sell customer data. Any information entered into this website will be used soley for the purpose of processing your order and delievering communications regarding the order status.
