Store Policies

We at do everything we can to ensure all orders are packaged carefully and shipped promptly. For your convenience, ALL PACKAGES COME WITH TRACKING INFORMATION, which is automatically sent to the buyer's email address.

Indie authors are not Amazon. We are essentially small businesses. The books, merch, and packing material all cost us money. Therefore, we cannot afford to replace books that get slightly bent during shipping. It is also not the fault of if the post office, UPS, or other carrier damages your item. If you experience any issues with your shipment, we ask that you contact the post office at their USPS website and use your tracking information to work with them.

If your order is somehow incorrect or there is another issue that doesn’t involve shipping, contact us with your name and order number and we will work with you to get this issue resolved.

We do our best to satisfy our customers, but all sales are final once they are shipped. We cannot accept returns and will not make exchanges.
